CAL STATE FULLERTON:
CSUF Hip Hop Congress is in the process of renewing university recognition as an active organization at CSUF and is preparing for our return to our academic “careers”. Summer break, including attending the National Conference this year as a new chapter, has left us impatient, anxious, elated, and inspired to begin the new semester. We’re working on a couple of projects to make us more active within the Hip Hop and local community. Also, Discover Fest is approaching once again with the opportunity to bring awareness of Hip Hop Congress’ presence on campus. We’ve received many active and current members from this event, and we’re confident that our organization will only grow from here. Peace! -Trish (Co-Chair)
HIP HOP CONGRESS RADIO:
Hip Hop Congress Radio is still holdin it down on a weekly basis. We’re very pleased to receive many accolades from our listeners and guests. Last week, Rahman Jamaal and the Rhyme Inspector, Percee P, paid us a visit to discuss their current projects and even graced our mics with a lengthy and elaborate freestyle. Our goal is to bring attention to HHC and local artists, so please send us your music to csufhiphopcongress@gmail.com and listen to us every Tuesday at 9pm (PST) on www.titanradio.org.
TEXAS STATE:

Due to the wind the BBQ was hard to start but we still managed to cook sum edible burgers and hot dogs. We’ve met a few times during summer and we have basically just been planning what’s going to go down for next semester as far as events. That’s about it out here in the Yay til next week payce.

CAL STATE FULLERTON RECAP:
Dearest Congress: Cal State Fullerton had a swell time in the windy. Much thanks to the Chicago alliance for putting everything together. The whole trip was hot fire. It was definitely ill getting to hang back with a bunch of people with similar objectives and interests. I am personally very excited about getting this education in hip hop thing going. A few of us from CSUF and UCI are already starting to build with DJ Mark Luv from Zulu Nation andwill soon be getting down with other cats about this. Cal State Fullerton is very grateful to be a new part of this organization and I see nothing but good things coming from HHC in the future. Much respect to all. Tune in to HHC Radio next week to hear the story of Rashaan from Crown City Rockers knuckle up last weekend after a show. Remember to feel free to send in material as well. www.titanradio.org Tuesdays 9-11pm PST
Peace out yall
