residents to stay stylish and rep their city with every step they take.

The release of the PHLI Classic will be celebrated at the 3rd annual
PHLI Block Party. The party will offer fans a day of food, music, and
fashion. DJs such as Twilight Tone, Timbuktu, Sean Mac, and Mustafa
Rocks, will join the PHLI resident DJ, Roosevelt Treasurechest on the
1?s and 2?s by supplying beats all day. PHLI Music Group artists DP Da
Phrancise, Black Orchard, and BJ The Chicago Kid, as well as Chi-town
favorites GLC, Twone Gabz, Rhymefest and more will also be on hand to

guests.

Everything is going down on Saturday, July 28th in Harper Court, the
home of The PHLI Store. The PHLI store is located at 5210 S. Harper

About PHLI WorldWide
PHLI Worldwide is a lifestyle brand that encompasses fashion, music,
and marketing. PHLI was founded by Dave Jeff, and is based in
Chicago, Illinois.

Dave Jeff began his career in retail more than 12 years ago as a
manager and buyer. As he worked in the retail business, he noticed
that many of the bigger lines lacked a street marketing presence. As
his career continued to grow, and he traveled the country as a buyer,
Dave was able to spot trends in fashion, production, and marketing.
With deep connections in Chicago?s Hip Hop scene, as well as the music
industry, Dave was able to bridge the gap between the major clothing
companies and the streets, and launched the PHLI line of clothes. The
first PHLI clothing products were t-shirts featuring the Notorious
B.I.G., Tupac, and Slick Rick, since then Dave Jeff has produced
numerous t-shirt designs, hoodies, sweaters, pants, shorts, and most
recently The PHLI Classic shoe.

At the end of 2002 Dave opened The PHLI Store, Chicago?s first sneaker
boutique with a private line of apparel. The PHLI Store is located in
Hyde Park, the neighborhood in which Dave was raised. Hyde Park
inspired Dave Jeff when he began his career, and continues to inspire
him now.

?PHLI is being different, being cool. The diversity of Hyde Park is
what made me PHLI. Hyde Park is a well-rounded neighborhood that
exposed me to people of different cultures, and different statuses.
In Hyde Park the only ?norm? is being original.?

Indeed, Dave Jeff strives to be original in everything that he does,
and has attracted the attention of K-Swiss and Nike, both of whom look
to him for guidance as how to best reach urban and Hip Hop consumers.
In addition to his consulting work for K-Swiss and Nike, Dave Jeff
counts DJ Jazzy Jeff, Rhymefest, Terry Hunter, Kenny Dope, and other
artists among his client base. Working with those artists, and his
experiences as an aspiring emcee, dancer, and record label employee
led Dave to expand PHLI into the music world via The PHLI Music Group.

The PHLI Music group acts a as a management company for artists that
fit the PHLI criteria of originality and skill. Currently, the roster
boasts a diverse group of artists covering Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel, and
Rock.

?In the beginning people thought I was crazy,? Dave recalls. ?But my
vision was my gift.? And now Dave plans to share that gift with the
world.
