This years events include:

Champaignintime- Live DJ composition

Come out to the Krannert Center for Performing Arts on Thursday, April
2nd, for live drummers keeping the measure, while DJs scratch over the
top, creating sounds never heard. Be there at 9:30 for a Meet-and-
Greet with the drummers and DJs. Learn more about the event, the
organization and the artists. Show starts at 10:30PM in the Main
Lobby.

Undead Underground Release Show- MC Showcase

Inevitable. It is finally time to let the zombies take over. No need
to worry. We have a house, mics, turntables and speakers to keep the
mindless hordes at bay. Support the release of UC Hip-Hop’s second mix
tape, Undead Underground, on Friday, April 3rd. Songs from this year’s
and last year’s mix tapes will be performed as well as extras from
your favorite artists. After that, it’s a well known fact zombies
can’t resist a dance. Look at Thriller… Show starting at 10PM at 404

IL Breakz VI

This is the business right here. IL Breakz VI, that’s six if you don’t
know Roman numerals. That’s the business. Every year keeps getting
wilder and wilder, this year promises to up it just one more. With
DJs, Franco de Leon and Skeme making appearances and keeping the beats
flowing, breakers will be judged by Check-It from Chicago Tribe, Kid
David repping the Renegades in LA, and Blond, coming from half a world
away, representing Extreme Crew from Korea! (Korea!) In a 5v5, $1000
winner take all battle, this is an IL Breakz you don’t want to miss.
