High School Hip Hop Congress (future)

The purpose of the High School Hip Hop Congress is to build hip hop awareness amongst the high school community by providing them a way to positively interact with hip hop. The High School HHC should consist of students at a high school grade level in the Rockford area. The High School HHC should run under the HHC of Rockford, and should ask us for any resources or material needed. We will be the mediator between the National HHC and the High School HHC, which the National HHC can provide us with more resources and materials. The High School HHC should be allowed to run itself completely, which means holding elections, setting meetings, planning events, and etc. Disputes between the Rockford HHC and High School HHC should be discussed, and further action should be taken based on the discussions.
